contract, if the band finds that they need something extra for performing
at the job siTe, - will these extra costs be charged to the bride & the
groom or special events manager. |
NO -
Once the music contract is signed it becomes a fixed price. This way
the Bride & Groom or special events coordinator can depend on the contract
price to be firm. The Jazz Unlimited Band will always inspect the job
site prior to any performance. We often meet with the management of
the venue and coordinate our efforts. This helps insure our best performance.
By making this extra effort, we are prepared and equipped to handle
and correct unforseen required changes at no charge to our important
customers. We even go so far as to electronically test many in-house
Grand Pianos for correct tuning. If the piano is out of tune or not
considered a quality instrument, we will always use our own quality
electric piano. This effort requires extra time and expense to perform
but provides quality assurance for our customer. The Jazz Unlimited
Band is proud of this service. We are experienced professionals and
we pay serious attention to detail. This service is quite unique and

|
9. how many breaks - and what length break do you require |
Breaks are held to a minimum. We
are there to serve the Bride, Groom & Guests. We do not take breaks every hour just to take
a break. We would rather play music. We tailor our music schedule to
fit the cocktail hour and wedding reception's agenda and sometimes do
not take a break for two hours. Our short breaks are required to go to
the bathroom. Most breaks are taken during special events including special
toasts, or movie photos of the Bride & Groom when music is not desired.
Breaks are always held to a minimum. We concentrate on pleasing our audience.
|
10. will all the members take a break at the same time, or will you
rotate so there is always live music |
The band prefers to take breaks together. Breaks are
short and held to a minimum. Our experience in playing for 100's of weddings,
and different events, is that breaks without music is often appreciated
by guests. This gives the guests a few minutes to "REST" , to say hello
to friends, go to the bathroom and get refreshments. If the Bride & Groom
would like to play a special CD with special music during this period
that is fine. The Jazz Unlimited Band will do whatever it takes to make
your wedding day or special event exceptional.

our audiences and we are known for our entertaining abilities. This is
where our years of experience really pay off, by giving our customers
crowd pleasing performances.
